Global food and water security: Australias opportunity to contribute positively	Major General the Honourable Michael Jeffery AC AO (mil) CVO MC (Retd) spoke to the USI of ACT in Canberra. As the Prime Ministerial appointed National Advocate for Soil Health he focused attention on issues of global food and water security as he described a coordinated strategy to the integrated management of our soil, water and groundcover.
Ships, Submarines and the Australian Made Defence Campaign	Mr Chris Burns CSC, CEO SA's Defence Teaming Centre, spoke to the RUSI of South Australia at the Keswick Barracks in Adelaide on 4th May 2015. He gave a very thought-provoking overview of the future of naval ship-building in Australia.
